FASHIONPHILE offers a 15-day return policy for most items, provided that the FASHIONPHILE return tag remains attached and the item is in its original condition. Items marked as Final Sale or Last Call are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to 'Order History,' and select the item you wish to return to print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the FASHIONPHILE brand tag is still attached and all original accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid FedEx shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location within the 15-day return window.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the item within 2-4 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
